Expecting!

We are expecting our first son in May. We are so excited. We are wondering if people have suggestions for names. Keep in mind that our last name is Carlson so names like Harrison, Jackson, and Kelson don't really work. Hans likes the names Thrasher and Gustan, so any help would be appreciated.

Kelsie's 1st Haircut and Veteran's Day Pictures

Kelsie got her first official haircut. A friend from our ward cut it for me because I am a wimp. We only cut the bangs because they were hanging far down the front of her face and I thought she might appreciate being able to see. There are also some pictures from the Veteran's Day parade that we went to. The before shot. Thank you Melissa for helping me out with this. I could not do it myself. So much better. Now you can see her eyes instead of searching for them through her hair. Kelsie is showing off her patriotic side. Hans and Kelsie still waiting for the parade to start.

Yes I Will Post!

I know, I know! I need to post. I have been horrible lately and I apologize. We have been mostly busy but I have been lazy about the whole blogging thing. We are in the process of applying to law schools for Hans. Millie (Hans's sister) moved to Arizona and we have been enjoying spending some time with her. I turned 23 on the 29th of October. Kelsie is so great. She is talking like crazy. I mean she has been talking for a long time, but now most of the things she says make sense and she is starting to form sentences. Great times. Well I will post some pictures of the latest happenings and hope all enjoy. We love taking pictures of Kelsie at the temple. We don't know if we will ever live this close to a temple again. We couldn't get her to look at the camera because the sun was right in her eyes. Hi pretty girl! This is our Halloween picture. Kelsie was a fairy princess and Hans and I were her forest. Aunt Nana is showing off her cool Mohawk and Aunt Millie is Sidney Bristow (I am not sure if that is spelled right but I have never watched Alias) This is how I found Kelsie the other night after she had been throwing a fit. I knew she was tired so I went to get all her stuff ready for bed. All of the sudden her crying stopped. I went into the living room and found her alseep on the couch. Well sort of on the couch. Haha! Sometimes the way she falls alseep amazes me. One minute she will be like this and the next....... well, I think you get the idea. What a sweety pie. Goodnight sweet cheeks.
